Brown Sugar Carrots

- 6 medium carrots. sliced
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- Put carrots in pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Melt butter in pan, add brown sugar and mix together.
- Drain carrots, add to pan and mix.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on how soft you like your carrots.
